We deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order to a UK address. There is no minimum spend.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays, and are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery time

Standard UK delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Delivery estimates are a guide and may vary during busy periods or in circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address before completing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

Occasional delays can happen because of courier issues, severe weather or exceptionally high demand. If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the courier to resolve it.
